Far away sedimentations, exorcising the alterations of the material, crying out to heaven that life is just a stage. My Urban paintings gives strength, calm and unity. The stone becomes seed, the colors become screens, the water grenadine of youth, the chewing gums a wind of flowers … It’s all about scale and perspective. Looking at the world with a child’s gaze, it was Matisse who said it. We flirt with the dream and the immaterial. A rainbow is growing in our heads. A way of making art out of the studio. Some artworks are commissioned for social housing, hospitals or shopping malls others are for private collections however, all will bring colours to people’s daily life. Most of the time commissioned works will involve a participatory project to ensure that the artwork is appropriate to its context.
